Schedule:

7:30am-Swimmers arrive

8:00am-9:00am- Swim Warm-ups

9:15am- Swimming Preliminaries

1:00pm- Divers arrive

1:30pm- Dive Warm-ups

2:45 pm- Dive Competition starts

3:45 pm-5:15 pm- Finals Swim Warm-ups

5:30 pm- Swimming Timed Finals

6:30PM- Tentative senior recognition (parents arrive by 6PM)

9:15pm- Approximate conclusion of the event

We will be providing lunch for the athletes at the completion of prelims. If you are able to assist with timing, please click the link below to volunteer. Volunteers receive free entry! The heat sheet for prelims is linked below and attached.

  • Forsyth Central Physical Permission Form
  • Permission to Participate and Transportation
  • Student and Parent Concussion Awareness Form
  • Student and Parent Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form
  • PreParticipation History & Physical Evaluation Form - Doctor signature must be after February 15, 2024 or a second physical will be required if the student qualifies for the State Meet

YEAR ROUND SWIMMERS -WEEKLY ATTENDANCE FORM 

**At the end of the season, each club swimmer should have at least 12 sheets turned in to Coach Bell. This does not include holiday practices as it is expected that you are in attendance at either club or high school practice.**
