FCHS Swim and Dive Newsletter - Meet Info & Updates

Hello Everyone,

Here’s the information for the upcoming North Forsyth Invitational and Dive Meet on November 2: 

  • Arrival Time for Swimmers: 11:15 AM
  • Warm-Up: Starts at 12:00 PM
  • Divers Arrival Time: 4:30 PM (after swimming concludes)

    • We need assistance with snacks for the meet to ensure that our athletes are fed and hydrated. Please consider signing up using the following links:

    You can send them with your athlete at the meet or can hand it to Rhonda Jacks or Toni DeStefano at the meet. Also, please ensure that all athletes bring filled water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the event.

    Additionally, we’ll hold our Booster Parent Meeting on Wednesday, November 6th, at 6:00 PM in the FCHS Media Center. We hope to see you all there!

    Lastly, we’ve updated the raffle ticket flyer to include PayPal and Venmo as payment options. Please find the updated flyer attached to this email. When paying, be sure to include "raffle tickets" and your athlete's name in the notes to ensure proper credit. You can also pay by check made out to FCHS Swim and Dive Booster Club.

    Please give these physical forms to the FCHS Front Desk - Please do not give these forms to Coach Bell
    If you do not have a printer, please pick up the documents at the FCHS Front Desk.

    Forsyth Central 24-25 Physical Form (coming soon) - includes the forms listed below:

    • Forsyth Central Physical Permission Form
    • Permission to Participate and Transportation
    • Student and Parent Concussion Awareness Form
    • Student and Parent Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form
    • PreParticipation History & Physical Evaluation Form - Doctor signature must be after February 15, 2024 or a second physical will be required if the student qualifies for the State Meet

    YEAR ROUND SWIMMERS -WEEKLY ATTENDANCE FORM 

    **At the end of the season, each club swimmer should have at least 12 sheets turned in to Coach Bell. This does not include holiday practices as it is expected that you are in attendance at either club or high school practice.**
